Everyone in our school community will be a leader, as we all have a positive contribution to make. Our students and staff will recognise that ‘badges’ aren’t required before someone can lead. Instead, everyone can positively influence those around them by modelling the values we will develop together as a school.
Developing respectful relationships that are built on trust and empathy will be the foundation of our school becoming the heart of our community.
